M	Mildred Gómez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es uno de los hoteles con más amenidades y con precio regular de la zona. Con buena ubicación muy cerca tanto del río como de la playa. La habitación que asignaron fue buena, cómoda, tiene aire acondicionado, frigobar, caja de seguridad para cositas de valor, las toallas y limpieza en general muy bien . La alberca es climatizada, eso es un plus. Roman es muy amable y servicial a diferencia de las chicas de recepción. Consideren darles un cursito de atención al cliente urgente al menos a la señora Rosa ( espero no equivocarme de nombre) todo el tiempo jetona y como de malas, creo que si se esfuerza un poco más pudiera ser más nefasta. Las otras dos chicas super amables y atentas ( una me regaló un caracolito jeje). Por todo lo demás bien. It is one of the hotels with more amenities and with a regular price in the area. With a good location very close to both the river and the beach. The room they assigned was good, comfortable, it has air conditioning, a minibar, a safe for valuables, towels and cleaning in general very well. The pool is heated, that's a plus. Roman is very friendly and helpful unlike the girls at the front desk. Consider giving a short course in urgent customer service at least to Mrs. Rosa (I hope I'm not mistaken her name) all the time jetona and as bad, I think that if she tries a little more she could be more disastrous. The other two girls were super friendly and attentive (one gave me a snail lol). For everything else good.
V	Vivian Nuñez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen lugar para hospedarte y relajarte unos días, el servicio de limpieza excelente desde que llegas al hotel hasta tu fecha de salida. Atención en recepción agradable. La piscina está siempre climatizada. Las habitaciones en especial las Delux (fueron las que reserve) muy amplias, vista al mar, aire acondicionado, limpias. Esta a solo 5 min del mar caminando. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme ahí. Gracias por su servicio. Good place to stay and relax for a few days, excellent cleaning service from the moment you arrive at the hotel until your departure date. Pleasant reception service. The pool is always heated. The rooms, especially the Delux ones (they were the ones I booked), are very spacious, have a view of the sea, air conditioning, and are clean. It is only 5 minutes from the sea walking. I would definitely stay there again. Thanks for your service.
j	juan acosta garces on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uno de los mejores hoteles de la zona, por su ubicación cercana a la playa, tranquilidad, limpieza, servicio y vista tanto de la playa como del río Tecolutla. Precio un poco arriba del promedio de la zona, pero vale la pena. Cuenta con internet, TV de cable, Netflix y Prime video( con cuenta de cada huésped). El restaurante cuenta con servicio limitado de menús y solo para los huéspedes. En el lobby hay mesas para ping pong y una mesa para billar. Su alberca está muy limpia. En el interior hay poca vegetación. En el estacionamiento hay bambúes, recomiendo no estacionarse en medio donde son más altos y frondosos porque las aves ensucian demasiado los vehículos. El hotel no es petfriendly( no aceptan mascotas) y tampoco cuentan con rampas de acceso para las personas en silla de ruedas.
F	FerZ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente lugar, las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado, ventilador, refrigerador y caja fuerte, la piscina está climatizada y tienen restaurante muy bueno, el precio está muy bien y es un lugar agradable. Totalmente recomendado. Lo único es que nos iban a dar la habitación hasta las 3 de la tarde y eso que llegamos en jueves a las 12 del día, obviamente la tenían lista pero así son sus políticas y lo entiendo, lo bueno que nos la dieron antes a la 1, deberían dar las habitaciones en cuanto estén listas. Excellent place, the rooms have air conditioning, fan, refrigerator and safe, the pool is heated and they have a very good restaurant, the price is very good and it is a nice place. Totally recommended. The only thing is that they were going to give us the room until 3 in the afternoon and that we arrived on Thursday at 12 noon, obviously they had it ready but that's their policies and I understand it, the good thing that they gave it to us before 1, they should give the rooms as soon as they are ready.

El acceso a la playa, que esta como a una calle, esta sucio, descuidada la ciudad al igual que la playa y los costos de sus restaurantes. No esperen gran hotel o se dejen llevar por las fotos, es bastante aceptable y son amables, con eso ya es ventaja. It is a hotel with a small pool and restaurant service with limited variety, but it is clean and its rooms are good, although small. Access to the beach, which is like a street, is dirty, the city is neglected, as is the beach and the costs of its restaurants. Do not expect a great hotel or get carried away by the photos, it is quite acceptable and they are friendly, with that it is already an advantage.
