Terrible experience. Everything about this place is scammy. They charged the credit card 3 times, total scam.

Absolutely horrible service. The workers really don't give a damn about the customers here and they make it painfully obvious. It may have been almost worth it if the food was actually decent but it's not good so I really wouldn't bother trying this place out.

Awful awful awful. We should have known it was something wrong when we walked in there because no one was there.... But we ignored all that because we were hungry. No one in the restaurant spoke any English, understandable but it would’ve helped. I speak a little Spanish It took 30 minutes for us to get our food and when it arrived it was ice cold. I told the waiter in Spanish that it was cold. 10 minutes later heShows up with the same plate.... still cold. We told him we didn’t want to eat anymore, we’d pay for our drinks and leave. Can you believe he tried to charge us for the whole meal?!??! We argued back-and-forth and finally only ended up paying for cokes. The entire experience was awful do not go here

Horrible experience, don't go there you will be stole by the waiters and their suppose discounts

I got food poisoning from this place last night. I don't wish that experience on anyone

Wanted to hang with some friends and the place seemed decent so we went in on Thurs night. Walking in I asked if they accepted card payment (we had no cash money) they said yea they do. Great, we ordered cantaritos and felt confident continuing to order since again they had said walking in that they would accept card payment. I also felt sure about being able to pay with card since there’s signs saying there’s a 5%. commission pay on card payments. However, when we were getting ready to leave (due to some ladies getting in a fight, and being covered in blood) they said they wouldn’t be able to accept our card payment. I was extremely upset and embarrassed due to not being able to pay with my card and being lied to. Then after we tried explaining our situation which all fell on deaf ears. I had no issue with the bill and total payment but due to their lack of honesty my group ended up negotiating a lower payment since they couldn’t pay the entire bill. The negotiations were a completely separate issue as well where again they were not understanding or cared about what we had to say. If you are any type of tourist do not waste your time or money in this establishment. I will never be returning and they even lost some local clients. Don’t bring people in with lies and then act like you have no clue what the problem is.

Place is run down, chairs and tables on terrasse shaky and we were charged 140 pesos for a simple lemonade without alcohol. When we complained about the price they told us, this price did not include the tip. Not recommended.
