Excellent smoked flavor of the cochinita. The cakes with little content, but tasty. I suggest ordering for 1, 1/2 or 1/4 Kgs. Good regional food on weekdays. Friendly and very safe environment.

Tiene un sabor casero y muy agradable. El único pero es que los panuchos se fríen con anterioridad y solo se recalienta en comal a la hora de servirlos. La relación costó porción es acorde.
It is a good option in the town of Uman to be able to taste typical Yucatan dishes, such as panuchos, salbutes, tamales and turkey broths. My favorite is the broth. It has a homemade and very pleasant taste. The only downside is that the panuchos are fried beforehand and only reheated on a comal when serving them. The ratio cost portion is consistent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visite está loncherita en el corazón de umán, frente al parque principal (zócalo) y no me gustó nada (comida, servicio, porción) aquí encontrarás panuchos, salbutes, caldos, tortas de pavo, tamales, flanes y gelatinas. Lo único rescatable de mi visita es la vista que tienes al palacio municipal, iglesia y parque principal mientras cenas algún platillo de tu elección.
I visited this lunch box in the heart of Umán, in front of the main park (zócalo) and I did not like anything (food, service, portion) here you will find panuchos, salbutes, broths, turkey cakes, tamales, flans and jellies. The only redeeming thing about my visit is the view you have of the municipal palace, church and main park while you dine on a dish of your choice.
