The only thing that is not pleasant is the boy from the "valet", when I arrived he was not there and when I left I saw him sitting under an umbrella tucked into his cell phone, he did not realize that I got in, started the car and when he was leaving he told me That it was mandatory to pay $ 30.00, it is not much but he does not take care of the cars and he is demanding with money. It is not pleasant that someone demands money to go sit and see their cell phone

If you go on a Friday night and without booking, you will have to wait the day I went, wait an hour, since inside the place is very pleasant in general, the terrace area is very beautiful and has a view of the Arches. On the other hand, what I did not like at all was the volume of the music, it is very high ... I came out of my ears stunned, not even the waitress listened to what was being asked of her. It's what I didn't like at all. Their parking lot is small, very small, they have valet parking. As for food, the wings buffet is delicious, I could almost say that today it is the best in Querétaro.

The food tastes good, the buffet is very good. The potato wedges are superior, and I must add that the sauce they put on the wings tastes very good compared to other restaurants. Try the flavored beers, they are great. Since the service is cool, a good tip makes the day, so don't be lazy. Aesthetically, it must be added that it has a beautiful view, it allows us to see a panorama that includes the arches of the city, at night it looks good dog. Shout out to Jesus, great waiter ?.

The attention given was unique, the wings are quite good but I did not like the finish of the potatoes, they were half watery, we asked for the buffet but I do not recommend it, the truth is that a person is satisfied with a maximum of 15 wings, even much less, so avoid unnecessary spending and waiting between one plate and another of wings, better at once ask for the ones you want to eat, they have a valet, and the view is very nice, because it overlooks the arches, you can choose a terrace or interior, have a back to the anecdote

This place has a buffet option of wings, boneless and French fries but also a la carte food in case you are not so hungry. The attention of the hostess at the entrance was good and the waitress was attentive at the moment of taking the order (later we did not see her again). Everything was going well until it was time to try the food and drinks (we ordered a buffet which starts with 10 wings or 10 boneless and one order of fries per guest). We ordered two micheladas, which were at the bar for several minutes because the waitress was never them (the other waiters went for their drinks and mine were still at the bar until another boy who was not the waiter in my area brought them because surely he too noticed that they had been there a long time). When I tasted it, it was very bland and it was only michelada with clamato. Tip: It is better to order plain beer or soft drinks (something that does not need to be prepared at the bar so that there is no loss and so you do not have a bad experience) Several minutes later the boneless, wings and potatoes arrived... The wings were excessively browned, for which they were very hard, dry and with a bad taste (chicken). The boneless ones weren't too bad, I ordered lemon pepper and tamarind flavor, but I don't recommend the second one (it's super acidic and scalds the tongue). You can order the fries with cheese and bacon at no extra cost but they were still not tasty and they were frozen. I initially commented that we order buffet because whenever we go to other wing places we order that and we make good use of it. We were very hungry and excited but we instantly regretted it, honestly because everything was very bad and for obvious reasons we didn't order the second round to continue eating. I left some boneless (I couldn't take any more even though I was hungry, I tried haha ​​that's why I ate most of them but I really didn't like them at all and I preferred to leave them :( ) and we also left almost all the potatoes. I would like to point out that the service is excellent from the waiters but the girl only showed up to take the order, deliver food and collect the bill. He was not attentive (we had to share a couple of cutlery because I only have a few) and that the place was not so crowded. I do not know if in the other Marmotas the service is a little better both by the waiter and by the preparation of food and drinks. But for as long as I didn't like this branch at all, I wouldn't go back.

The prices are very accessible, the food tastes delicious, their menu is with a QR code, but they provide the internet password, everything is impeccable, their bathroom is also very clean, one thing to consider is that they charge the additional dressing at the buffet . They usually give potatoes with the buffet food. (the ketchup if it is of quality, not the one that only tastes sweet).
