★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio los helados todos horribles, no sé si fue mala suerte pero estaban asquerosos los helados con capas como secas, yo compré tiramisú y brownie ambos horribles, me hicieron daño, me costaron $45 pesos cada uno mejor vayan a otro lado

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio fatal. Las dos veces que he ido a comprar me atendieron muy mal. 1o Me cobraron de más los helados como precio especial cuando uno era de $28. 2a vez. La empleada llego tarde la tuve que esperar 15 min. aparte del costo del helado también me cobraron el vaso. Eso es un fraude porque en sus carteles ponen que a $28 el helado se supone que en el anuncio viene el costo total. Lástima los helados saben bien.
Fatal service. The two times that I went to buy they took very bad care of me. 1st I was overcharged for ice cream as a special price when one was $ 28. 2nd time. The employee arrived late, I had to wait 15 min. Apart from the cost of the ice cream they also charged me for the glass. That's a fraud because on their posters they say that at $ 28 the ice cream is supposed to be the total cost in the ad. Too bad the ice creams taste good.

Terrible service, they don't even come, they charge you for something they don't have and when they arrive with your ice cream they tell you they didn't have it and that's it! Zero recommended ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio por parte de la señorita,,es una heladería y supuestamente no tiene un hielo para las bebidas. Pedí un jugo de toronja, y ya sabía un poco fermentado.En resumen cero recomendable el lugar.

Jamás regreso. Les pongo una estrella por que no de pueden poner cero estrellas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gustaron mucho!! Mas el helado de ferrero esta muy rico y la chica que nos atendió, se porto super amable, a pesar de que tenía mucha gente en todo momento se disculpaba y nos daba las pruebas, pocas personas son así de amables 10/10 ??

Pedí el combo de pastel con café americano por $45 vale la pena.
El café está muy rico ☕ el pastel solo recomendaría que se mantenga en refrigeración para mejor consistencia y no se sienta caliente al comerlo.
En cuanto a los helados, probé el de "Ferrero" que sabía a chocolate y almendras pero no como tal al Ferrero, deberían mejorar la calidad del cholate que le agregan ya que no es muy rico.
El lugar cuenta con varias mesas que siempre se encuentran limpias y en buen estado.
