Es una persona muy preparada, atiende muy bien a las personas y mascotas y no duda en hacer llamados de atención cuando le llevan un animalito desnutrido, maltratado o descuidado, tiene precios muy, muy, muy accesibles y siempre da lo que considera es suficiente sin exagerar por las ancias de vender. Se nota su espíritu de servicio y amor por los animales, el estacionamiento a veces representa un poco de dificultad pues no lo hay y la acera está balizada en rojo, sin embargo, con intermitentes y en visita rápida es perfectamente accesible, además la veterinario siempre atiende bien, rápido y con una sonrisa. Sumamente recomendado este sitio para mascotas y si la visitan pregunten por su gato guapo, les va a encantar!!! Me entregaron un carnet sin datos de la “veterinaria”, con lo cual ella puede deslindarse fácilmente de toda responsabilidad. 3. El cachorro que compre desde el inicio se veía enfermo pero la sra. Ivonne dijo que era normal y le creí. Los primeros dos días todo bien, pero al tercer día ya no comía ni tomaba agua. Hacía del baño muy líquido y con sangre. Fue entonces cuando decidí llevárselo. Se lo quedó una noche según para revisarlo, pero dijo que todo estaba Perfecto, que solo estaba exagerando y qué hacía del baño normal. Me lo regresó y su estado de ánimo si había mejorado, ya no hacía tan acuoso pero tampoco sólido (tal vez solo le dio algo para mejorar eso). A la semana siguiente todo empeoró! Empezó a estornudar, expulsar moco y con arcadas, pero esta vez decidí ya mejor ir con otro veterinario. Le dieron antibiótico pero que lo más probable era que tenía moquillo. Se le suministró el antibiótico unos días pero luego comenzó con las convulsiones y cuando le conté al veterinario me dijo que ya no había retorno y habría que dormirlo. Le llame a la sra. Ivonne para reclamarle y me dijo que seguramente era un resfriado, que mejor se lo llevara. Así lo hice, y me dijo “lo veo muy mal, pero no es moquillo, haré lo que pueda para salvarlo, en esta temporada se resfrían mucho). Para no hacer el cuento largo, el cachorro murió al día siguiente. En resumen, me vendieron un cachorro que no era de raza (al final, eso no me importaba ya que me encariñé con el) y moribundo, la atención fue horrible, siempre diciéndome que todo estaba bien y que yo exageraba las cosas y nunca aceptó que tenía moquillo.
