★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevaron a mi perro a cortar el pelo, y lamentablemente lo entregaron con las orejas cortadas, si, lo lastimaron por dentro de sus orejas, de un lado se llevaron un pedazo incluso, ¡no solo en una en las dos!, es un perro muy tranquilo como es posible que aún ese lugar siga abierto (foto). Cuando te entregan muy amables pero ten cuidado de reclamarles y revisa bien a tu mascota, que mediocre lugar, para colmo cobraron el servicio y no dieron material de curación, el pobre perro sigue con molestias y ya lleva días que lo lastimaron.
los que trabajan en ese lugar lo hacen de mala gana es una pena, no es la primera vez.
No vayan o si ya tuvieron la pena no regresen a ese lugar tengan cuidado esos trabajadores son unos incompetentes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No sabía si hacer la reseña o no por miedo pero ahora estoy segura de que si maltrataron a mi perrita, una ocasión la lleve a bañar y cuando fui por ella llegando a mi casa me percaté que en el inicio de sus piernitas con su cuerpo, tenía marcas muy rojas y moradas, al principio pensé que era irritación pero después me di cuenta de que no, probablemente la apretaron con fuerza o la jalonearon para dejarla quieta mientras la bañaban, y lo peor de todo es que cuando la paseaba y pasábamos enfrente de este lugar ella chillaba y se quedaba parada desde entes y se jaloneaba por qué no quería pasar por ahí, tenía muchísimo miedo, a lo que yo tenía que cargarla para que pudiéramos pasar por ahí, ahora me doy cuenta que lo que ella tenía era miedo!!! No puedo creer que le hayan hecho eso a mi perrita, esas marcas fueron de maltrato, yo misma eh bañado a mi perrita y jamás le han quedado esas marcas suponiendo que ellos quieran escudarse diciendo que fue para sostenerla, la eh llevado a bañar a otros lugares y ella es feliz de regresar, nunca se jalonea ni nada al respecto cuando la llevo a otras estéticas o veterinarias… por favor no lleven a sus mascotas aquí, aparte de que siempre traen mala cara cuando atienden, los maltratan!!! Por favor no lleven a sus mascotas a este lugar!!! Lo comenté con mis conocidos y coincidimos en lo mismo!!! TENGAN CUIDADO!!!

La primera vez que la lleve salió con el hocico hinchado y llegué a pensar que era una alergia, pero la siguiente vez mi perrita lloraba porque no se quería quedar. Le cortaron la cola y volvió a salir con su hocico hinchado. Fui a hablar con la dueña y dijo que era porque a mi perrita no le gustaba la secadora y tenían que agarrarla con más fuerza. La he llevado a otros lugares y no le pasa.
Me metí a ver las reseñas del lugar y había varias que decían que maltrataban a los perros, que les cortaban las orejas, y cuando se lo comenté a la dueña, se quedó callada y ya ni discutió.
Yo la lleve 3 veces ahí porque me quedaba más cerca, pero de verdad, sí quieren a sus perros ¡NO LOS LLEVEN AHÍ!
