The place is beautiful, the food depends on what you order, the exact prices, the waiters' service is very good, the bad, the lousy, it is the service of the girl who is in charge who charges, we went on Saturday and it was a Girl with blue hair, who is very rude, not at all friendly, it seems that she gives me the food, when I pay for it. Sometimes those tiny spots tarnish the service of a place.

The place is decorated very beautifully, Mexican folklore, tables on the ground floor like 5 and going up the stairs there are like a few private ones decorated with the faces of artists from the Mexican gold cinema. The top part and the stairs are heavy to climb, both the name of the Oaxaqueñita and the Mexican is the same they take you on the menu there is typical food from Oaxaca, regular food, fish, meats and desserts, I ordered the Aztec soup is passable But they throw too much pork rind on it, the cecina from Yecapixtla is passable they put green enchiladas which taste a lot like holy grass, the tampiqueña is good, it comes with a hem of mole which is very tasty, the beef wire is passable, the belly is good but dry, the spaghetti is fine, the tlayuda is big, it is two / three too but not what I expected, it brings more cabbage than meat, the pot coffee already brings cinnamon and brown sugar but it is somewhat sweet to my taste, the micheladas it is So good, now the service is very bad first because they take too long to serve you easily, it took about half an hour, there were only two waiters, one for the Oaxacan cuisine and the other for the Mexican, and that there was only one table occupied and we were not the only ones too The one at the back table was upset about being late and to finish they only have cash payment and they demand a 10% tip and it is not a luxury restaurant, I really do not recommend it, I saw that several left upset and at last I understood why , moderate prices.

‼️️‼️I WRITE THIS SO YOU KNOW THAT IN CDMX, EVERY GUEST HAS THE RIGHT TO HAVE THE RESTAURANT SERVE A GLASS OF DRINKING WATER AT NO COST.‼️‼️
We asked for a pitcher of NATURAL FRUIT WATER and they told us that at the moment they had no FRUITS, they offered us juice from the valley but we DID NOT DRINK SOFT DRINKS and only asked for plain water. They brought it in a jar because we were 5 people.
When the bill arrived, they charged $65 for drinking water and BY LAW, in CDMX drinking water SHOULD NOT BE CHARGED.
We told the manager about it and he said it was bottled water and that's why he charged for it ?
We left about $15 as a tip and the waitress got upset claiming that she wanted 10%, we told her that the tip is not MANDATORY and that it was given according to the quality of the service, which was lousy ??????
The staff is incongruous, they want the established provision of tips to be fulfilled but they do not want to fulfill the right to drinking water.

100% recomendable ? ?
It is a place that has it all. The food is delicious, the prices may not be as accessible to everyone, but it is worth every penny of what you spend.
attention is the best
And the setting makes you travel
100% recommended ? ?

We regret going to eat at this place because of the quantity / price ratio. With the amount of pesos that they charged us, we could go eat in another restaurant, with more tasty food, 3 times!
It's a tourist trap. We had to pay a 15% service charge just for our accent.
The pulque was yummy but it made us feel bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is wonderful and underrated! When you are on the street, you need to check the numbers carefully and then enter through a walkway. We were seated quickly and the waiter greeted us quickly. The food was outstanding and authentic. The atmosphere was not to be missed. We shared tacos and enchiladas! I'd suggest both! (Only concern, if you or someone you are dining with is sensitive to flashing lights, this may not be the place for you.). For us, this was a perfect last dinner in CDMX!
