★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Popular night spot with locals and expats. Reserve a table on the weekends, go with a small group of friends and buy the bottle of liquor. It's much cheaper than buying drinks. Snacks, finger foods, are free. The mariachi band played for several hours, serenading a few tables. The tables being serenaded pay, but everyone listens.
