Nombreee mi reina si no kieres trabajar kedate en tu casa!! Espero la sucursal haga algo al respecto con esta mujer.... Gracias!! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sus productos son muy buenos en cuanto a paletas helado y nieves pero realmente no son nada buenas las aguas no tienen sabor, algunas estas demasiado rebajadas y para colmo Los niños que atienden son muy sucios ya que están tirados en el piso y así se levantan a atender sin aplicarse gel ni lavarse las manos en ocasiones como que no están de humor para atender y son muy impertinentes, se la pasan jugando y también tienen el volumen muy alto de la música y uno tiene que estar gritando, con lo que sirven los helados todo el tiempo está sucio y la chica trae todo el tiempo el cabello suelto creo que eso es algo antihistamínico también el mostrador está sucio y con muchas moscas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ son buenos sus productos la semana pasada fui a comprar y todo muy rico a acepcion de las aguas ya no estan como antes y su personal pesimo servicio el que brindan son groseros y pareciera que no tienen ganas de atender sobre todo la señora que se encuentra atendiendo, no te dice los sabores de los helados ni de las paletas y si se los preguntas te los dice mas a fuerza que de ganas otro punto que me gustaria mencionar es que la señora no utiliza el cubre bocas creo que estamos en pandemia y por medidas de seguridad lo deberia de traer todo el tiempo puesto ya que son alimentos con los que trata

La persona encargada del chat tuvo que asistir en persona a la sucursal para que me volvieran a enviar el pedido ahora sí correctamente. Buen sabor de lo que pedí. Sin embargo y revisando comentarios anteriores. La atención y la calidad de la atención de las personas en mostrador es decepcionante. Pongan atención a ello. El éxito de cualquier negocio es la atención y la experiencia al cliente. Estuve a punto de hacer una queja expresando todo mi enojo contra este local sin embargo gracias a la respuesta que el señor Andrade me brindo por el chat no quedo tan enfadada del todo. Pero por favor corrijan esos detalles, son muy importantes y básicos para toda empresa.
