★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy fuimos por un par de aguas y la de rompope a nuestro parecer estaba con un ligero sabor agrio. Regresamos a hacerles el comentario y la respuesta fue que si al encargado no opinaba lo mismo, no nos podían cambiar el agua por otro sabor. Y pues así fue jajaja el encargado nos comentó que no podía saber agrio porque no es a base de leche, me imagino que en base de algún polvo. Cualquiera que sea el caso considero que la respuesta y el servicio al cliente puede mejorar.
Today we went for a couple of waters and the eggnog in our opinion had a slightly sour taste. We returned to make the comment and the answer was that if the manager did not think the same, they could not change the water for another flavor. And well, that's how it was hahaha, the manager told us that he couldn't taste sour because it's not milk-based, I imagine it's based on some powder. Whatever the case, I think the response and customer service can improve.

Quiero felicitar a la Michoacana de Himalaya por su excelente servicio así como siempre escuchar las recomendaciones de sus clientes. Sin lugar a dudas la mejor peletería en San Luis Potosí lo recomiendo ampliamente ¡Muchas felicidades y sigan así!
Yesterday I went, excellent customer service, the managers always attend you with a smile and with great kindness, they have all the sanitary protocols to guarantee the safety of all as well as the quality and price of their products is incredible, especially the snows and waters that are super delicious.
