★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio te dan un precio por teléfono y cuando vas te dan otro, la atención de las empleadas de mostrador es pésima y grosera, no saben tomar órdenes y te mandan las cosas como se les pega la gana ?

El empleado que atiende me dio un precio de un tablón y al momento de pagar me cobraron mucho mas caro, al reclamar me dijo la señora Teresa que fue la que cobro (pesima empleada por cierto) que quien me había dado ese precio que so le llevara, el empleado fue y le dijo que era el precio que estaba en la lista de precios y ella dijo pues ese no es cuando ni siquiera vio la madera que me entregaron ,no quise afectar al empleado y pague el extra y todavía me dice esta señora que me va cobrar 3%extra en la tarjeta, le dije que aparte que me estaba cobrando de mas todavía me iba a poner un 3% de mas y me dijo pues que no era su culpa, ahora comprendo porque cerro su otra sucursal
