La birria, los tacos de birria, hay barbacoa de puerco (ellos así la llaman) estaba muy rica, las quesadillas de queso, el queso estaba muy bueno. Quesadillas de queso con birria y tortilla de harina... Riquisima. Había agua que parecía de horchata... Pero no! Era de cebada (sabia como a chocolate) estaba buena... Ordené un lonche de pierna, desde el nombre ( Lonche en lugar de torta, fue lo que me invitó a pedirlo ) el pan que utilizan, complétamente diferente a lo que había probado en San Miguel de Allende, ya voy a poder disfrutar de un buen pan y un buen lonche de ahora en adelante. Me imagino que será igual cuando pruebe la torta ahogada y el resto de platillos ( Birria, barbacoa, carne en su jugo, etc. ) En cuanto a bebidas, no tuvieron tejuino, me comentaron que se les había terminado, no sé si haya sido verdad o no lo tuvieron por que casi no se los piden. Sería genial que incluyan en el menú el agua de horchata rosa con fresas. Ya habrá oportunidad de ir a disfrutar en otra visita de una cazuela para compartir ( 1, 3 o 5 litros de refresco de toronja, con jugo de cítricos como toronja, naranja y limón con tequila ) Quedé muy satisfecho con el sabor de mi lonche de pierna.
