La Mina Parral - 33800 Hidalgo del Parral

Nice view of the river(not dry this time), the staff was different from my last stay here, but it was pretty redundant so no change.

Elevator has not been in service for some time, a pain going through 5 stories of stairs. Overall, stay was very pleasant.

Currently the elevators do not work and there is no air conditioning in lobby or corridors. At 100+ degree F, not a pleasant experience to climb those stairs to the third, fourth or fifth floor. The appearance of the hotel is good and clean the staff friendly and helpful. The rooms are very poorly lite. Continental Breakfast, might be acceptable in US, but in Mexico you would normally expect a better selection for the price I paid for the room. The restaurant is good and the prices are reasonable. But this is Parral MX, and your selection is limited.

The hotel is very clean and the staff is friendly and kind, with the exception of one cleaning lady who was intolerant of small children haha, she would roll her eyes at our kids and call them skinny cows lol... I do have to mention that the elevator is out of service and by reading other comments seems like it's been the case for a while. That was very unfortunate because as I mentioned I have small children who struggled to go up and down the stairs on their own so they ended up having to be carried. And then my elderly grandmother visited and struggled greatly to go up and down the flights of stairs and the obvious inconvenience is having to carry your heavy luggage up all those stairs. And the other sort of inconvenience is if you leave the hotel you always have to get your key card re set, we forgot a few times and ended up having to go all the way back down to reception to get it done, very tiring, they said it was for our safety I guess. Other than that, the breakfast was great, the beds comfortable, the shower warm and the premises clean. Would definitely consider staying there again IF the elevator is finally fixed.

Nice place, quite and clean. Hotel too new to have bad experience with the water pressure in the shower, light bulb burn out and electronic key not working in a night that arrived late to the hotel. Elevator should be fixed immediately. I could see old people having troubles to get to their rooms using the escalator. Personnel very nice, smiling and professionals.

Really good views and the location is excellent! The service is nice and welcoming. The cost is amazing for the service and room you get. Definitely one to put up on the recommended and definitely in the coming back again. Hope your stay here is as nice,welcoming and fast as it was for us!!

Awesome experience!!! Loved our room the beds were super comfortable, big and spacious rooms. Loved everything from the breakfast to the take out dinners! Deliveries were made right to our room. The staff was super friendly and helpful!!! Awesome place to stay highly recommend it!!

Rooms are too dark, TV does not work, internet does not properly, te so ioniat in the shift night is not nothing helpful...I don't recommend this hotel...at less my experience was not comfortable
