★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compré unas cuantas piezas de pan dulce ¡y me encataron! Los productos son frescos y de buena calidad. Aunque me gustó, el trato del personal es algo descortés, por eso le doy 4 estrellas. De cualquier manera, regresaría en el futuro para darles otra oportunidad.
 I bought a few pieces of sweet bread and I loved them! The products are fresh and of good quality. Although I liked it, the treatment of the staff is somewhat impolite, that's why I give it 4 stars. Either way, I would come back in the future to give them another chance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pongo una estrella porque no hay cero, los contacte por su página de internet y evidentemente nada que ver , pésimo servicio esto pedí y esto entregaron , tengo que llevar el pastel para mi devolución, y mi evento que ? Como te pagan arruinar el festejo a alguien?? Busquen otra pastelería !!! Y de sabor mejor no hablamos ,horribles !!
Y no entiendo como es que tienen más de una sucursal si sus pasteles son pésimos !!!

I put a star because there is no zero, I contacted them through their website and obviously nothing to see, terrible service, this I asked for and this was delivered, I have to bring the cake for my return, and my event what? How do you get paid to ruin someone's party? Look for another pastry shop !!! And we do not talk about better taste, horrible!
And I don't understand how they have more than one branch if their cakes are lousy !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy hermosos sus pasteles con gran variedad y deliciosos sus panes y pizzas.
El lugar bien acomodado y sus precios no son tan caros... el personal si es malo, porque tienen actitud grosera y en lugar de ayudarte te dejan solo y no quieren dar bien la informacion.
Volveré porque sus pastelillos son muy lindos, auténticos y riquísimos, espero que ya no atiendan tan despotamente.
Very beautiful their cakes with a great variety and delicious their breads and pizzas.
The place is well accommodated and its prices are not so expensive... the staff is bad, because they have a rude attitude and instead of helping you they leave you alone and do not want to give the information well.
I will come back because their cupcakes are very cute, authentic and delicious, I hope they don't serve you so despotly anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this bakery 3 out of the 5 days I was in Mexico City. Everything just looked delicious, with lots of variety and at a very good price too. I recommend the caramel shortbread... which I never found in any other bakery! Very hygienic and clean, not a single fly or ant in sight like most other bakeries. This is my favourite place by far! Highly recommended ++
