For me an excellent colonial hotel, very quiet, clean, Smart TV, WiFi, hot water 24 hours an excellent location 5 blocks from the main square of the city of Puebla and at a very accessible price, and very good service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al entrar a la habitación es solo un cuarto como de 4X4, tienen 3 diferentes claves de WiFi y la correcta es la del control remoto de la tv, las paredes estaban súper salpicadas de residuos raros por todos lados, solo te dan una toalla, las paredes del baño están llenas de moho que la humedad hace que se desprenda la pintura y algunas partes esta súper negro, no lo recomiendo para nada. Y los encargados no están atentos cuando uno los necesita.
When you enter the room it's just a room like 4X4, they have 3 different WiFi passwords and the correct one is the one for the tv remote, the walls were super splattered with weird residue everywhere, they only give you a towel, the bathroom walls are full of mold that moisture makes the paint peel off and some parts are super black, I do not recommend it at all. And the managers are not attentive when you need them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las habitaciones están medianamente limpias, aunque el colchón de las camas deja mucho que desear, en general su aseo es regular. Lo PÉSIMO es que cuando se te han pasado algunos minutos de más (5 minutos) se ponen a tocar la puerta y te llaman la atención como si te hubieran dado el servicio gratuito. No volveré, no lo recomiendo.
The rooms are moderately clean, although the mattress of the beds leaves much to be desired, in general their cleanliness is regular. The WORST thing is that when you have spent a few minutes too many (5 minutes) they start knocking on the door and call your attention as if they had given you the free service. I will not return, I do not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel has only two stars. In the rooms are the beds and a TV. Nothing more. The beds are not very good and old. We feeled at the next morning as we didn't sleep.
But the Hotel owner was very nice and helpful. The price is ok for that what you get.
