★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca ponen atención cuando les hacen un pedido por telefono, en diferentes ocasiones se les ha indicado algo tan simple como "no le pongan queso a los frijoles refritos", y siempre lo mandan con queso. No mandan cubiertos ni servilletas. Mal, muy mal!
They never pay attention when they make an order over the phone, on different occasions they have been told something as simple as "do not put cheese on refried beans", and they always send it with cheese. They do not send cutlery or napkins. Bad very bad!

Honestamente me sorprendió ya que consideraba que el lugar se preocupa por tenerlos a gusto y creí que era solo su personal, mi sorpresa fue ver que era el dueño mofándose de la gente a sus espaldas y la que le da de comer.Que triste y que señot tan hipócrita
By mistake they did not realize that he was listening to the comments made by the clients who visited the place; nothing good. It honestly surprised me since I considered that the place cares about keeping them comfortable and I thought it was just its staff, my surprise was to see that it was the owner making fun of the people behind his back and the one who feeds him. How sad and what lady so hypocritical
