★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es buena, el lugar da tranquilidad. Mi hija se súper divirtió. La habitación es confortable, el jacuzzi delicioso y la alberca suficiente. Si regresaría!!! El único detalle son los costos de la comida. Algunos alimentos fríos o muy picosos, no coinciden con lo q se paga.
 The attention is good, the place gives tranquility. My daughter had a blast. The room is comfortable, the jacuzzi is delicious and the pool is sufficient. If I would return !!! The only detail is the costs of the food. Some cold or very spicy foods do not match what you pay for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agradezco infinitamente todas sus finas atenciones a Nidia, es una directora de marketing que sabe y conoce su trabajo, siempre trato de que mi esposo, mis hijos y yo estuviéramos bien atendidos al igual que su personal, quienes nos escucharon y guiaron durante nuestra estancia. Definitivamente si regresaría.
I am infinitely grateful for all her fine attention to Nidia, she is a marketing director who knows and knows her job, she always tries to make sure that my husband, my children and I were well taken care of as well as her staff, who listened to us and guided us during our stay. Definitely if I would return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La estancia y atención por parte de Nydia y el staff de La Morada fue muy amena. Nos hicieron sentir como en casa y se esmeraron porque fuera un fin de semana especial. Las habitaciones son amplias y bien cuidadas. Las instalaciones están cuidadas y además tienen diversas medidas de higiene ante el COVID, como horarios para las terrazas para que el contacto con otros huéspedes sea mínimo.
Definitivamente volveríamos a ir. Ojo, para llegar sugiero llegar por Calle Las Bugambilias y luego entrar por Las Jacarandas.
The stay and attention from Nydia and the staff of La Morada was very pleasant. They made us feel at home and went out of their way to make it a special weekend. The rooms are spacious and well kept. The facilities are well cared for and also have various hygiene measures against COVID, such as hours for the terraces so that contact with other guests is minimal.
We would definitely go again. Be careful, to get there I suggest arriving through Calle Las Bugambilias and then entering through Las Jacarandas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este hotel es tremendamente agradable para disfrutar una estancia en el pueblito de Tepotzotlán.
El servicio es muy bueno y las habitaciones están hermosas, sin contar que hay una alberca y 3 terrazas que se pueden apartar (1 por habitacion) para disfrutar tranquilamente con la familia o amigos.
La comida no es completamente buena, sin embargo el hotel tiene un bonito diseño y te lo recomiendo ampliamente.
Pd: Cuando estés cerca de llegar al hotel, verás que uno de los rumbos por los que te diriges (si los tomas) no se parecen nada a la ubicación en la que terminarás, así que no te espantes.
This hotel is extremely nice to enjoy a stay in the small town of Tepotzotlán.
The service is very good and the rooms are beautiful, not to mention that there is a pool and 3 terraces that can be separated (1 per room) to enjoy quietly with family or friends.
The food is not entirely good, however the hotel has a nice design and I highly recommend it.
PS: When you are close to reaching the hotel, you will see that one of the directions you are heading (if you take them) does not look anything like the location you will end up in, so do not be scared.

Visité el lugar con un grupo de mujeres por un servicio de spa,(por despedida de soltera) y la atención no fue del todo eficiente, el masaje fue algo básico y el desayuno de cortesía también, por el precio que se paga. La pasamos bien pero deberían mejorar su servicio para que sea excelente.
In general, the facilities are very nice and cozy. I visited the place with a group of women for a spa service (for a bachelorette party) and the service was not entirely efficient, the massage was basic and the complimentary breakfast too, for the price paid. We had a good time but they should improve their service to be excellent.
