A very nice place with a very good atmosphere. Rich food, excellent views, entertaining activities and very friendly staff.

Very nice place, quiet, with a delicious climate the cabins are very clean and beautiful, the prices are in my opinion somewhat elevated but you get to see that it is worth it

-Son aprox 1:30 - 2 horas caminando de Benito Juarez a La Neveria
-No hay tienditas, o están poco surtidas (lleva tus provisiones)
-Hay un comedor en el centro ecoturistico (relativamente barato)
-Cervezas solo venden en el comedor del centro ecoturistico (a 15-20 pesos latas de 335 ml)
-Hay cascadas, rio, tirolesa, y zonas para caminata en el bosque. Puedes llegar tu mismo siguiendo las indicaciones o preguntando a las personas.
Los pobladores son muy amables con los turistas, hay personas que te pueden rentar cuartos o zonas de acampar mas baratos, sin embargo las cabañas son baratas y muy cómodas. Hay una señora (Preguntar por Amalia Santiago) que te puede ofrecer cuartos a mejores precios y desayunos muy ricos!!
Tips to go to this place (If you are a backpacker);
-It is approx 1:30 - 2 hours walking from Benito Juarez to La Neveria
-There are no small shops, or they are poorly supplied (take your provisions)
-There is a dining room in the ecotourism center (relatively cheap)
-Beers are only sold in the dining room of the ecotourism center (at 15-20 pesos 335 ml cans)
-There are waterfalls, river, zip line, and areas for hiking in the forest. You can get there yourself by following the directions or by asking people.
The residents are very friendly with tourists, there are people who can rent you rooms or camping areas cheaper, however the cabins are cheap and very comfortable. There is a lady (ask for Amalia Santiago) who can offer you rooms at better prices and delicious breakfasts !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy bonito lugar, lo recomiendo mucho. El personal es muy amable y atento. Si rentas una cabaña los costos son muy accesibles. Pasan a encender tu fogata por la noche. El paisaje es hermosa y hace mucho frío. Hay varios comedores en la zona en donde puedes probar platillos de la región. En temporada de lluvias puedes probar hongos comestibles de la zona.
Very nice place, I highly recommend it. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If you rent a cabin the costs are very accessible. They start lighting your fire at night. The landscape is beautiful and very cold. There are several dining area where you can try dishes of the region. In the rainy season you can try edible mushrooms in the area.
