★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room is fine and good location. However, the man at the front door needs to go. He gave incorrect change (65 peso bill paid with 200 pesos and gave 115 back). He was adamant and would not listen. He also is the Covid police at door. He does what every other place does but in addition to the normal (temperature and hand sanitizer) He sprays you with disinfectant. And I mean sprays you - everything but you face. I felt like I was a cockroach!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very interesting and authentic hotel in the city center. Two steps to the center of the city. Instant service. Suitcases are assisted by the hotel staff. Hotel looks very like very old but everything is very clean. Very huge ceilings. Of the minuses only the presence of some noise at night. But this does not greatly prevent falling asleep. After Mexico City the air in the room is very fresh and clean water!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pictures on bookings.com are missing a lot of info, which seem to be from the hotel. Beware standard rooms don't have any windows, and they are very dark. The water pressure was very low, and almost no hot water. The pricing in bookings.com don't include tax sometimes, an error the hotel does not mention until you check in the hotel, and makes a big difference in the price. Location is incredible, and is very calm.
I don't recommend to take food in the hotel, you have way better choices outside. Overall a medium value hotel.
They have limited space for car parking, on a first come first serve basis, otherwise there is a parking next to the hotel for those who consider it important

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here for 6 days. Everything was ok until one night I stayed late (going out on Saturday). I was talking on the phone and someone knocked my door really bad and many times; I got scared and called the front office and they told me was them... I dont get why they didnt call instead of knocked the door so hard. I didn't have music or tv on I was just talking. That was rude and not professional. If they work here they can have a better way to handle things. I will not recomend a place because of that. Its a Saturday and i was having fun not doing anything wrong!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My ground floor room had no window near but otherwise we had an excellent stay. Solor heated pool which is rare to find. Hope for sun! Top of our budget but will stay again. Elegant look to hotel overall. Breakfast cost 400 for 2 with eggs juice.
