El personal es atento y amable, el único problema que encontré fue que hacen falta mas indicaciones porque cuando uno la visita por primer vez es fácil perderse debido a lo grande que esta, pero en lo general esta todo muy bien, el servicio es rápido y las instalaciones están muy limpias, a veces se batalla al usar billetes con las máquinas para recargar la tarjeta. En cuestiones de seguridad no parece haber problemas. La entrada a las instalaciones también es muy bonita.
The station is first class, the truth is very beautiful. The staff is attentive and friendly, the only problem I found was that more instructions are needed because when you visit it for the first time it is easy to get lost due to how big it is, but in general everything is very good, the service is fast and the facilities are very clean, sometimes you struggle to use tickets with the machines to recharge the card. In terms of security there seem to be no problems. The entrance to the facilities is also very beautiful.
