★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me parece buena la tienda y sobre todo que tienen todo lo que necesito. Lo único malo es la atención como todos los lugares el trato al cliente en mi opinión es NEFASTO. Entiendo que sin una empresa líder dentro de las materias primas pero eso no le da derecho a tratar al cliente como si fuera la única opción de compra. Compro por necesidad y no por gusto.
I think the store is good and above all that they have everything I need. The only bad thing is the attention like all places the customer service in my opinion is NEFASTO. I understand that without a leading company in raw materials but that does not give you the right to treat the client as if it were the only purchase option. I buy out of necessity and not out of pleasure.

Si buscas un lugar con un mínimo de educación y respeto, cualquier lugar de materias primas en la Merced te atenderá infinitamente mejor. La mujer que aquí atiende, espero, no puede tener menor calidad humana, seguro, si yo le hubiera hablado de la forma que ella me habló y con las frases que ella utilizo, me hubieran acusado de violencia de género.
If you want to be disrespected, yell at you, throw your products on the counter poorly packed and end up like a clown bathing in cornstarch, THIS IS THE PLACE !!! If you are looking for a place with a minimum of education and respect, any place of raw materials in La Merced will serve you infinitely better.
