★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Realicé mi compra en le buen fin. Primero en una sucursal me comentaron que tenía descuento el producto que buscaba, voy a la sucursal que tenía el producto y resulat que no. Aún así realicé la compra. A las dos semanas, cumpliendo la fecha de entrega no sabían en donde estaban mis tapetes, no los encontraban entre sus tiendas o bodegas. Tardaron una semana más en entregarme porque les insistía a diario. Por fin voy a recoger y resulta que uno de ellos no era. Me entregan dos días después. Entregan sucio y el ribeteado no coincide con el color original, como si fuera difícil ir a comprar un hilo a parisina. No recomiendo comprar ahí aunque los precios son económicos.

 Terrible service. I made my purchase in good order. First at a branch they told me that I had a discount for the product I was looking for, I go to the branch that had the product and I said no. Still I made the purchase. After two weeks, meeting the delivery date, they didn't know where my rugs were, they didn't find them in their stores or warehouses. It took another week to deliver because I insisted on a daily basis. Finally I will pick up and it turns out that one of them was not. They deliver me two days later. They deliver dirty and the edging does not match the original color, as if it were difficult to buy a thread from Paris. I do not recommend buying there although prices are cheap.

It is a great store; there are options for all budgets, designs for all tastes. They are very friendly and will serve quite well. Immediate delivery for them is overnight because it does not have a warehouse. They also work with installers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Escogí 3 modelos de piso vinilico y dos no hubo. Hay opciones, pero no hay existencia suficiente.
Veo con tristeza que uno mismo como cliente tiene que darle seguimiento a su pedido, porque sino llamo yo, no me hubiera enterado de la fecha de entrega, nadie se comunicó conmigo para hacerme saber cuando llegaba mi material. Ahora solo espero que sean puntuales para la entrega y la colocacion.
I chose 3 models of vinyl flooring and two were not. There are options, but there is not enough existence.
I see with sadness that as a customer you have to follow up on your order, because if I had not called, I would not have found out the delivery date, no one contacted me to let me know when my material arrived. Now I just hope they are on time for delivery and placement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mera verdad está muy bien este negocio, tiene gran variedad de pisos tanto vinilicos como de Loceta o de madera natural con muchos tonos, también venden cortinas y todo para que la casa combine bien, la atención al cliente es muy buena porque no se desesperan con el cliente y te hacen todas tus cotizaciones bien hechas... Tienen precio tanto para que lo instalen ellos mismos como para que lo instales tú solo... La verdad recomiendo mucho el lugar si quieren pisos tipo de madera muy bien hechos y baratos

Pero mejor vayan a la sucursal de Fray Servando porque ahí está el almacén. Aunque también se pueden ahorrar la gente de la sucursal del centro en esta y hacer su pedido :)

También felicitar a su equipo de instaladores encabezados por el Sr. Juan Andrés que lo pusieron en un día y ¡quedó increíble! ¡Los recomiendo completamente!
Excellent service! I especially want to congratulate Daniel Cordero who assisted me in the purchase and installation process of my laminate floor, always attentive, friendly, and with clarity at each stage including materials, measurement and leveling. Also congratulate your team of installers led by Mr. Juan Andrés who put it in one day and it was incredible! I highly recommend them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio! Compré un piso laminado con su instalación:
1. No realizaron visita previa para ver el sitio y condiciones para la instalación.
2. Los instaladores tienen una pésima actitud y dejaron todo el piso con polvo.
3. Realizaron una mala instalación del piso y se me levantó a las 2 semanas y justifican diciendo que es por desnivel del piso, cuando en el proceso de la instalación nunca se me menciono este punto.
4. Las molduras no coinciden con el tono del piso.
Muy mala experiencia con esta tienda y molestia porque no se hacen responsable de los malos trabajos.
Si quieren un trabajo de calidad y una buena atención mejor revisen otras opciones, lo que ahorras en material lo gastas en este tipo de problemas.
Terrible service! I bought a laminate floor with its installation:
1. They did not make a previous visit to see the site and conditions for the installation.
2. The installers have a lousy attitude and left the entire floor dusty.
3. They made a bad floor installation and I got up after 2 weeks and they justify saying that it is due to unevenness of the floor, when this point was never mentioned in the installation process.
4. The moldings do not match the tone of the floor.
Very bad experience with this store and annoyance because they are not responsible for the bad jobs.
If they want quality work and better care, check other options, what you save on material you spend on this type of problem.
