★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienda donde se vende todo sobre pisos como alfombra, loseta vinilo a, loseta cerámica, papel tapiz, el personal muy amable, lo único malo si no lo hay en su almacén abra que esperar hasta que llegue o recogerlo en la tienda central.
Store where everything on floors is sold like carpet, vinyl tile, ceramic tile, wallpaper, very friendly staff, the only bad thing if there is not in your store open to wait until it arrives or pick it up at the central store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gusta bastante su servicio, siempre compro linóleo ya que tienen buena calidad/precio, sin embargo desde hace un mes que esta clausurada, alguien sabe si la volverán ha abrir?
I quite like their service, I always buy linoleum since they have good quality / price, however it has been closed for a month, does anyone know if they will reopen it?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio y no cumplen con lo que dicen, para la instalación de tu piso "que ya les compraste" dicen que te lo ponen al dia siguiente que te entregan el material, que van en un horario abierto, por lo cual tienes que estar esperando... pero el gran problema es que nunca llegan y ni te avisan que no se van a presentar!! son super irresponsables y después por devolverles su material por incumplidos hasta una penalización te quieren poner cuando ellos ni cumplen... tienen pisos bonitos pero con un servicio pésimo no lo recomiendo en nada que lastima!
Terrible service and they do not comply with what they say, for the installation of your flat "that you already bought them" they say that they put it on you the next day they deliver the material, that they go on an open schedule, so you have to be waiting ... but the big problem is that they never arrive and they don't even tell you that they won't show up !! They are super irresponsible and then for returning their material for noncompliance, up to a penalty they want to put you when they don't even comply ... they have beautiful floors but with a terrible service I do not recommend it at all that hurts!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio! Compré piso laminado y además de tardar un mes en colocar, lo hicieron pésimo. Me dejaron el Zoclo altísimo y se ve fatal. La gerencia no quiso atender mi queja y tampoco el personal al que contacté posteriormente. Jamás volveré a comprar ahí.
Terrible service! I bought laminate flooring and in addition to taking a month to install, they made it lousy. They left me the very tall Zoclo and it looks terrible. Management did not want to address my complaint and neither did the staff I contacted later. I will never buy there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compramos el piso y es de buena calidad, pero tardaron en confirmarnos la fecha de colocación, después de colocarlo tardaron una semana más en darle los detalles finales y aun así quedó mal puesto el soclo. Tal vez sean pequeños detalles pero se supone que son expertos en eso! Les llamamos para que vinieran a corregirlos pero jamás regresaron!
We bought the apartment and it is of good quality, but they took time to confirm the placement date, after placing it they took another week to give the final details and even so the base was poorly placed. Maybe they are small details but they are supposed to be experts at it! We called them to come and correct them but they never came back!
