Pz has no way of treating the client one of the employees or owner wants everything on the run and if you choose it soon you jump to serve another client

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel can do better if they can provide better sound insulation for the rooms with windows facing the street. Too many cars passing by with loud engines and blasting music into the wee hours! They also need to replace their mattresses as they are not very comfortable at all. Lightings in the rooms are very dim and water pressure for shower is very low too. An air-conditioner is desperately needed as with global warming, a fan in each room is not enough to cool down the room.
I'm giving a 3-star because they have a great common lounge and breakfast room as well as kitchen area that guests can use, and friendly helpful staff. The courtyard is part of a great ice cream store, which is a bonus.
