(Arreglan transformadores muy seguido) No podemos contratar internet, porque según viene con "1 año gratis" con una compañía, pero esa compañía dice que no hay infraestructura para mi calle. ? 3 apagadores de luz dejaron de funcionar al 3er día de que nos mudamos. (6 días después de la entrega) y cuando llamamos, la señorita dijo que las personas encargadas tenían covid. Que sí "fuera algo importante" llamarían a alguien. Obvio que es importante tener luz!!!? Y bueno, podría seguir... Sellers lie about very "small" details like closets, grass, transportation!! They take away the water every so often, just like the light. (They fix transformers very often) We can't hire internet, because it comes with "1 year free" with a company, but that company says there is no infrastructure for my street. ? 3 light switches stopped working on the 3rd day we moved in. (6 days after delivery) and when we called, the lady said that the people in charge had covid. That if "it was something important" they would call someone. Obviously it is important to have light!!!? And well, I could go on...
B	Bastet Maat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las casas están hechas con materiales de baja calidad, falta el agua a cada rato aunque se supone contamos con pozo propio, no hacen validas las garantías! Muros con humedad, ventanas mal puestas , puertas oxidadas, boiler con falta de partes. Ahh tambn tienen cocina integral! Las parrillas no sirven. Calentador solar: mal instalado, q hacen fugas q dañan las paredes . Recolección de basura: pésimo!!! pocos contenedores, y la basura dura días ! Sin alumbrado público en la mayoría del fracc. Hay lámparas pero no sirven! Incluso hay agujeros donde deberían de ir postes y no los hay. The houses are made with low quality materials, there is a lack of water all the time, although we are supposed to have our own well, the guarantees are not valid! Walls with humidity, poorly placed windows, rusty doors, boiler with missing parts. Ahh they also have a kitchen! Grills are useless. Solar heater: improperly installed, they leak and damage the walls. Trash pickup: lousy !!! few containers, and garbage lasts for days! Without public lighting in most of the fracc. There are lamps but they don't work! There are even holes where posts should go and there aren't.

Interior corners uneven, toilet isn't well seated, interior not painted, tile(s) may be cracked, loose faucet handles, cracked or shattered solar heater glass tubes, leaking from roof due to rushed or careless work. Only guarantee is construction, but keep in mind that they're slow at fixing due to so many houses with defects.
