Amabilidad & atención de lujo
Tlayuda de muy buen tamaño & sabor (el tasajo estaba muy suave & jugoso)
La hamburguesa oaxaqueña también de muy buen tamaño & un sabor bastante innovador por la incorporación de chapulines en la carne
Mi ingrediente favorito fue el plátano macho ??
La salsa verde muy fresca & con un delicioso sabor a chile habanero ?
El agua de horchata muy rica & aromática aunque tal vez me hubiera gustado que estuviera un poco más fría (yo no solicité hielos así que no fue tan relevante este aspecto, solo es un sentir)
Agradezco que hayan respetado nuestra petición de tener el aguacate por aparte ☺️

Tlayuda of very good size & flavor (the jerky was very soft & juicy)
The Oaxacan hamburger is also of a very good size & a quite innovative flavor due to the incorporation of grasshoppers in the meat.
My favorite ingredient was the plantain ??
The very fresh green sauce & with a delicious habanero chili flavor ?
The horchata water is very rich & aromatic, although perhaps I would have liked it to be a little colder (I did not request ice so this aspect was not so relevant, it is just a feeling)
