★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know this part of town very well but I will hazard a guess that this is one of the best restaurants around the Portales metro station área.
The items in the menu were all very tasty, I had their set menu with "habas" soup, then chile relleno (delicious) and ended with a "flan napolitano" that would put to shame many great sweets and desserts in much swankier and posh places then this humble eaterie.
There were several meat old classics, intriguing fish dishes and several regional Oaxacan specialities ( they have 3 or 4 different "moles"), no grasshoppers but I guess it isn't season :-)
Then we had a bit of very pleasant live music.
If you're in the area you should head here if in doubt.

The food is delicious and the service it's ok.
Nice balance between cost and the size of any dish you want.
Five stars for sure!
