★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious food (a bit expensive) and the ambient is amazing. The live music was great. But I would always recommend to get a table outside. This way you can see the entire place and take in the surrounding.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unless you are out of options, don't waste time and money in this place. Service is very bad, food is really bad and slow, dogs jumping in the table trying to get your food. Steak was almost raw and inedible.... we were 7 in the party and none of the dishes were near to decent. Bad.... real bad......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can’t beat the ambiance! Indoor and outdoor seating. Themed on the art of Vincent Van Gogh. The artwork is amazing. The menu is styled as a painter pallet. Oscar tried hard to please us! Food is just OK. Nachos have liquid cheese not good for a major tourist center reason for lost star). The live music was great! Prices are reasonable. Bathrooms are aging but clean. Expect a great time in a great environment, but go with reduced culinary expectations.

Service was sluggish, our veggies arrived drench in oil yet still half frozen (had ice on the corn), took the waiter 5+ minutes to deliver our drink from the bar (even tho he was standing around), the dessert raspberries were dirty, and my dessert cutlery was stuck to the napkin it was wrapped in because it still had chocolate cause on it! Descusting!
2 stars because we were mostly able to eat, tho I would never ever go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ambience is wonderful. If you sit outside you can watch the fountain in the plaza and all the people walking by. They have live music which is very nice. My food was dry and lacked flavor. You can find much better food in Guanajuato. 5 for ambience but the food brings it to a 3.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location and live music created a nice ambience. I tried the fish tacos with cheese but very disappointed as no taste, so just ate the salad. My wife had the pasta with prawns which was ok.
