En la sucursal de Nuevo Durango el personal no está respetando las medidas de higiene por COVID, además de tener malas prácticas de higiene, cosa que no me había todado ver con anterioridad.
Que no todo el personal use la mascarilla, que la misma señora que prepara alimentos realice los cobros es sucio y desagradable. La persona que cobró la última ocasión que fui, lo hizo de mala gana (no era una de las señoras).
He sido cliente desde hace mucho tiempo y siempre he vuelto por la calidad y sabor de sus alimentos, pero por el momento existen otras opciones más limpias.
 COVID-19, LACK OF HYGIENE, POOR SERVICE
At the Nuevo Durango branch, the staff is not respecting hygiene measures due to COVID, in addition to having poor hygiene practices, something that I had not seen before.
That not all the staff wear the mask, that the same lady who prepares food makes the charges is dirty and unpleasant. The person who cashed in last time I went did so reluctantly (not one of the ladies).
I have been a customer for a long time and have always come back for the quality and taste of their food, but at the moment there are other cleaner options.
