En particular no me gustó este tipo de barbacoa porque todo sabe demasiado ahumado (lo que hace un poco amargo el sabor de los alimentos) y el consomé aparte estaba muy aguado, no sé si fue porque llegué a medio día y ya no había suficiente. Además, ofrecen muy pequeñas porciones de cebolla para añadir. Eso sí, todos los alimentos con muy poca grasa. El servicio bueno: ni excelente, ni malo.
