★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really enjoyable. Whole family liked it. My wife and I shared a ceviche mixto, grilled octopus, and crab soup. Kids had steak tacos and a hamburger with fries (sigh). There is a small play area with swings and climbing stuff attached to the restaurant. Drinks were good. Kids had virgin piña coladas. Prices were very reasonable compared to anything in the hotel zone. You can also buy ceviche by the kilo for $600MXN around $30US if you want to take it away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simple but so authentic. The rich flavors of Veracruz in one place. From cazuela de mariscos to arroz a la tumbada, pescadillas, empanadas and capeado everything I have tasted here is really good. Just be aware that since it is cooked right there some dishes might take a bit of time and some that are fried could come super hot.
Totopos(nachos) and salsas are nice too!
