★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We upgraded to the Reserve option, which gave us access to the secluded pool, use of the Bali beds, and service from La Palapa. The service of the staff is acceptable, but I recommend tipping each time they bring you a drink; you'll get better service. The food is bland and not up the level we expected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First restaurant we have been at so far in Cancun!! I had royal burger and my husband had rib eye tacos for lunch , it was amazing !! Food is delicious, service is fast and great !! Great view and People are very friendly! 10/10
