La Palma Beachfront Hotel & Club Nautico - 77500 Cancún

Very old hotel. The beach access is very limited and because it is on an unmanaged beach, plenty of local drunks find their way here every evening to blare their music and make a mess. The management is shady. They will charge you for "upgrades" and insist that the upgrade charge be paid in cash. Gee, I wonder if he is pocketing the "upgrade" charge. The restaurant is pretty bad. Parking is almost non existent and you can get hopelessly boxed in by someone who has left for a nice long walk. Nice! It is walking distance from lots of attractions and very cheap. If you are a student, on a budget, this could be the place for you. If you have money and expect a little pampering while in Cancun, this is certainly not a 4 Star hotel as advertised. I would have given them 3 stars if they had listed the hotel as a 3 Star Hotel.

Great location, great staff, clean spacious rooms. Stayed here for 2 nights while in cancun. Wish we had stayed longer and plan to stay here again on our annual trip. Large spacious clean rooms. Staff is awesome and very friendly, they help you get set up at the local beach that is right next to the hotel and make sure you are comfortable. The only issue we had was the hot water was a bit spotty on when it would function or not, but overall not a big deal.

Update: service is horrible and sneaky. They will try to steal your money. Though the beach is right next to the hotel. And it is a quite normal hotel with a cute view. But... the rooms are not ALL as nice as on commercial photos. For example my room had a view on an old toilet on a rooftop! And the room was very very basic. Also they did not clean up the room at all. With the beach send all over and only 2 towels , it was quite uncomfortable! Upd. On the second day we were left without ANY towels ! So it is a 0 stars

Nice place and well situated.the room is cosy and comfortable. The swiming pool is small and doesnt give u acess to the beach although is just a few meters away u have to go around. They stated they include the breaksfast but its just a like a little sweet roll cake and a dolce gusto coffee.

I'm so glad we booked this hotel rather than a big resort .we had the rooms at the pool. There's only nine rooms.So we had the pool to ourselves the whole entire week. Staff & Manager very friendly and helpful. They have two restaurants food was great. location is perfect. Short walk to nightlife. Starbucks & large supermarket across the street . Santo & Enrique we're awesome..

Amazing atmosphere, super nice people, especially Sandro. Very helpful receptionist Sandro, we could always count on him. Hotel next to the beach with an delicious restaurant connected to it. Good value for the money. No problem with anything! Highly recommended

AMAZING!!! Small but cozy hotel (8 rooms), One of the best places I have stayed at. I booked the reservation to go with hubby for his 50th Birthday. The Staff went above and beyond my expectations, they made all the necessary arrangements and decorations for an unforgettable arrival.... balloons, tequila, cake....I can not express my gratitude to Sandro for making this an incredible experience. Both restaurants are reasonably priced, the service was exceptional and the food was very good. We had the Ocean Front Suite, super clean, and perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend; not to mention the view it was SPECTACULAR!!! Definitely Recommend it and I personally will be staying here again.

Great communication and staff!! I have been to the hotel location and unfortunately due to Covid I had to cancel my staying with them! They went above and beyond to help me cancelling the reservation and waived the cancellation fees!! The location is perfect it's really close to the ferry for the island and most of the main attraction on the hotel zone in Cancun. It has nice restaurant by the beaches around it and has a really nice vibe to it. recommend a 100%
