Wonderful staff, nice hostal rooms with his owns tiny terrace each one, and a very relax area at the roof top, The place its a few steps from a Gomart and a couple blocks from the van station to Tulum beach, Hope to get back soon,

Would stay here again. ALL staff were incredible and so nice!! I booked with Airbnb, making check in an absolute breeze! When I checked out the even held my bags for me!! The one thing I loved the most was they had a water machine next to check in, just go down and fill up your water bottle whenever you need it. This is something ALL places should be doing! It reduces all the single use plastic bottles that are destroying so so much. If you are informed on what’s happening to Tulum on the other side you would and should be more conscious of your consumption (dark side of Tulum) Rooms are simple for everything you might need. There was some construction noise going on during the day but it was a week after a hurricane so to be expected and also was not there during the day so it didn’t matter to me. AC was super. Wifi worked perfectly while I was there. Hot shower. Nice balcony. Comfortable bed with all the pillows ?? It is really central so you can walk to anything — catch a collectivo and go to the hotel zone if you wish. It is central so expect a little noise from traffic but it wasn’t so loud it was disturbing. 10/10 would recommend

The rooms were very clean, bed linen was fresh. Good location in the heart of Tulum next to shops and restaurants. The staff were super friendly, especially Antonella who was so helpful and gave us brilliant advice!

La Palmita is home away from home. I stayed here for nearly a month and could not recommend it enough. The wifi is super fast, the rooms are clean, the roof is really nice and the staff is very helpful. The location is unbeatable too. Palmita rocks.

Clean studio for the price but beware of the staff. This was my second time renting a studio for the month. I had a very pleasant experience a year ago so I decided to stay for another month recently. During the last week of my stay jewelry went missing from my room and the bike I rented from them was “stolen”. A ring went missing when there were 4 staff members inside of my room during the weekly cleaning. I take responsibility for leaving the ring in my bed but I am still not sure why there were 4 staff in my room during the cleaning. Additionally, I rented a bike from them and had no problems most of my stay. But the first time I left the bike locked outside of the hotel for two hours in plain view of the 24 hour front desk it went missing. This happened a few days after my ring went missing and I do not think this is a coincidence because there is a $150 USD deposit on the bike. And the staff has access to the all bike lock codes. So beware! Otherwise clean rooms, nice WiFi, and hot water at a decent price.

Very nice place well located. I loved the common place where you have access to a kitchen. The mini fridge in the room was very useful too. Beware the great central location can work against you since the noise from the street is really loud. Insonorisation of the rooms is not good. Other than that, the guys at the front desk were very friendly and give us some great advice. If travelling with family I would recommend looking for another place and also beware there is no elevator for going to the rooftop. If you're traveling by yourself or with your partner this could be a great fit .

Room was dirty (small insects walking around and hair on the bed). Also the balcony door wouldnt actually lock. We asked for a room change but they told us they can't because the hotel is full (clearly not since the room on the other side of the hall was empty). Other than that, the hotel is in an excellent central location (although there is loud music from bars at night).

Very happy I found this place! I was looking for a place to stay while doing some work and diving in the area. The room was open, full of light, airy, spacious, with a balcony that overlooked a busy intersection. It is a bit noisy with the traffic, but that doesn't bother me. If you close the doors to the balcony, the noise is lessened greatly. I did not run the AC much, but if are going to close the doors then you will want to run the AC, as you are not getting air flow. The receptionists were kind and always helpful. The rooftop is an excellent place to hang or get work done. It's a quiet place, at an excellent value compared to many other hotels in Tulum, and was perfect for me. Highly recommended.
