Les falta muchísima capacitación en atención al cliente. Fue en la sucursal del saltillo. Pésimo servicio.
I checked a material and they told me that I could pay by check, so I went and there they told me that you could not pay by check, the person who attended me was very rude, haughty and disrespectful. They lack a lot of training in customer service. It was at the saltillo branch. Terrible service.
