★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, me cotizaron por teléfono y al recoger el material, me cambiaron el precio a mas del doble y no me quisieron entregar el material ni con transferencia ni cheque por la hora faltaban 15 min para el cierre, las personas que atienden son muy prepotentes parece que le pedimos regalado y siempre es así pero hoy fue el colmo.
Quede mal con mi cliente en precio y tiempo de entrega por culpa de estos sujetos. NO valorán al cliente.
en Metales y Aleaciones fue mas sencillo
Terrible attention, they quoted me by phone and when I collected the material, they changed the price to more than double and they did not want to give me the material either with transfer or check for the hour they were 15 minutes before the closing, the people who attend are very arrogant It seems that we ask for a gift and it is always like that but today was the last straw.
I was wrong with my client in price and delivery time because of these guys. They will NOT value the customer.
In Metals and Alloys it was easier
