★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best flavors in town, i always like their traditional dishes like enfrijoladas or enchiladas. The pan dulce is sweet enough for city people, even though I don't mind the pan de pueblo flavor of other panaderias.
This is one of the few places that are big in size with preserved decor with good service. Beware of other places in Xalapa (larger than a small locale) that serve food. The Parroquia is the best place to start your tour or return to comida jarocha/veracruzana.
