★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un fraccionamiento bastante funcional, buen control de acceso, vía de salida bastante fluida, distribución acorde a viviendas, buen concreto de sus calles interiores, se respira un ambiente agradable de los habitantes y de seguridad. Solo requieren un acceso especial para los vehículos pesados que laboran en la ampliación, y hacer observaciones del reglamento de condominios y fraccionamientos a los vecinos.
 A quite functional subdivision, good access control, fairly fluid exit route, distribution according to houses, good concrete of its interior streets, there is a pleasant atmosphere of the inhabitants and of security. They only require special access for heavy vehicles that work in the expansion, and make observations of the regulation of condominiums and subdivisions to the neighbors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los materiales que manejan de mala calidad, la seguridad del fraccionamiento deja mucho que desear, pocas áreas verdes para el espacio, las personas que arreglan los detalles de las casas de mala gana van y hacen las cosas mal y tienes que estar casi rogándoles para que te solucionen, busquen otras opciones xD
The poor quality materials they handle, the security of the subdivision leaves much to be desired, few green areas for the space, the people who fix the details of the houses reluctantly go and do the wrong things and you have to be almost begging them to they solve you, look for other options xD

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio al cliente al mostrar las viviendas, el residencial es muy tranquilo, hay espacio suficiente, las construcción de las casas es de buena calidad, tienen buen aspecto, adecuadas, accesibles, se encuentran cerca de todo y los accesos son fáciles.
Excellent customer service when showing the houses, the residential is very quiet, there is enough space, the construction of the houses is of good quality, they look good, adequate, accessible, they are close to everything and the accesses are easy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las colonias aledañas son un poco peligrosas,el llegar supone un poco de riesgo, sin embargo el fraccionamiento no está mal distribuido, opciones para contruir en tu casa, pero los acabados no son muy buenos y la dispocisión de baños es rara.
The surrounding neighborhoods are a bit dangerous, arriving involves a bit of risk, however the subdivision is not poorly distributed, options to build in your house, but the finishes are not very good and the availability of bathrooms is rare.
