★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues para comer en el lugar esta de buen sabor, plato servidor austeramente, pero tambien es austero en grasa, lo cual se agradece.
La salsa roja no es de buen sabor, demasiado avinagrada, la verde es cumplidora. Las tortillas estan buenísimas hechas a mano y gruesa.
El servicio y la atención es excelente, el ambiente muy familiar y agradable.
Para llevar la calidad baja considerablemente, te ponen aun menos carne y de la mas vieja que tienen. Dan buenos complementos.
El local esta limpio, pero se necesita compartir mesa pues todas son mesas grandes y no hay restricciones sanitaria ni sana distancia.
Mi punto de comparación, es la birria de la polar.
Si volvería, porque si relación valor precio es buena.

The place is clean, but you need to share a table because they are all large tables and there are no health restrictions or healthy distance.
My point of comparison is the birria de la polar.
Yes, I would return, because if the price-value ratio is good.
