I came here after having a bad experience at another vet. My dog had a potential tear in his cranial ligament. Jorge has and continues to be fantastic. I called him outside of his store hours and he called me right back. We spent nearly 30 mins on the phone discussing my dog's issues. He was asking lots of questions and gave me confidence in the details. I went in the next day and met with him, and he had his physiotherapist colleague, Marian, there too. Together we went over my dog's issues and potential causes, and immediately began procedures. I immediately felt that Jorge and his staff really cared about animals. They take the time to sit with you, even after hours, to chat about your pet, and make you feel comfortable about what needs to be done. We even have a WhatsApp group where he and Marian check in to see how he's doing. They also offered to make a custom knee brace for my dog (as he's very big) and suggest a fantastic Orthopedic who travels all over the country doing surgeries - all at a very great price. This is now my go-to vet in Condesa. I highly recommend.

Our family was traveling from Mexico City to United States with our Dog as such we had to issue a Certificate of Good health, accepted by SAGARPA-SENASICA stating good health by the Dog, with all requirements. And Jorge Manuel has proved to be extremely knowledgeable on the matter. Certificate was issued on Spanish and English, quality beyond expectations! Our dog was well treated, the veterinarian performed a full evaluation on him, checking his good health, vaccines, all taken medications, skin, etc. Everyone were super friendly and patient, kindly explaining everything to us. I highly recommend La Perrería to any matter regarding your friendly pet, thank you!

My experience with La Perreria Condesa was lovely. I first contacted them yesterday needing a certificate for my little yorkie to be cleared to travel. The staff were welcoming and friendly. I am a beginner Spanish speaker they were patient as I explained in Spanish the reason for the visit. By the end of the day, I had a health certificate. I appreciate the kindness of the staff and willingness to help. I’ll be using their services again.
