★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Puro laminero de plaza, mal trabajo laminado y pintura, sus piezas de remplazo son más chinas y malas que las de Radec. Me cambiaron el cofre por un pieza más dañada que la original que traía y para empeorar las cosas no la pintaron bien. Aparte son extremadamente lentos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio le queda corto. Me dijeron que habían revisado mi carro, me dieron un diagnóstico erróneo y además me dejaron más de un mes sin carro para nada. Es una irresponsabilidad dar un diagnóstico de algo que no siquiera revisaron, asumieron algo de la revisión, y no entiendo cómo puede llamarse taller mecánico. Y su jefe de mecánicos mentiroso igual que todos en el taller. Ellos son el motivo para dar de baja a GNP como seguro, pues se supone que son su taller exclusivo. PÉSIMO SERVICIO.
Terrible service falls short. They told me they had checked my car, gave me a wrong diagnosis and also left me more than a month without a car at all. It is irresponsible to give a diagnosis of something that they did not even review, they assumed something from the review, and I do not understand how it can be called a mechanical workshop. And his liar crew chief like everyone else in the shop. They are the reason to unsubscribe GNP as insurance, since they are supposed to be their exclusive workshop. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no te van a cumplir la fecha de entrega, me comentaron que mi camioneta estaba lista y tenía exactamente la misma falla que cuando la llevé, malísima calidad, quieren un mal servicio? vayan a este taller, creo que me robaron el ventilador de la camioneta y le pusieron uno mas barato. No entiendo porque Zurich trabaja con este tipo de talleres.
Terrible service, they will not meet the delivery date, they told me that my truck was ready and had exactly the same fault as when I took it, very bad quality, do you want bad service? go to this workshop, I think they stole the fan from the truck and put a cheaper one on it. I don't understand why Zurich works with these types of workshops.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llegó mi camioneta por el seguro con un choque sencillo y salió con problemas de computadora y aire acondicionado sin funcionar. Reclamé y les pedí que dejaran la camioneta sin las nuevas fallas, se negaron y se hicieron patos desde el mecánico hasta el dueño. Es un negocio en decadencia total. Recomiendo que este negocio cambie de administración si quiere dar un servicio aceptable.
My truck came through insurance with a single crash and left with computer and air conditioning issues not working. I complained and asked them to leave the truck without the new faults, they refused and ducked from the mechanic to the owner. It is a business in total decline. I recommend that this business change management if it wants to provide an acceptable service.
