The place was better when the owners where around more. We won’t be coming back and will pass the message along to all of our friends in LA

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful site, good location and clean. Good job for the housekeepers, very welcoming and friendly. However the customer service is disappointing. The man and the lady (concierge) were nice when I arrived but then they were cold and not answering my need.

The pool is a great feature to have especially with the weather as high as 31°C in Puerto Escondido and Zicatela Beach sometimes too dangerous to swim in due to the strong waves. All the common areas in the beach house are beautiful. The neighbourhood is fairly quiet with occasional live music, and roosters crowing in the mornings. This place does not have air conditioning however at night when it reaches 23°C with the ocean breeze, it is comfortable enough to sleep. All in all, worth the stay!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bedroom with two beds a queen and twin bed. Roof fan and a rotation fan. No AC. Wifi is good and room has a small terrace and bathroom, warm water. Simple and clean. Price per night was $45 USD. Hotel is in front of beach and has a pool and in the common area, a communal kitchen. No restaurant. Hotel functions a bit like a hostel. Hotel had parking .
They did not have one of my reservations...not sure what happened, but I think it was not a mistake on their side but rather of the platform I used for booking.
The place is beautiful with garden greenery in a quiet part of Zicatela. A bit lonely at night if you are a woman walking alone in the evening.
5-10 minutes to restaurants and shops. great sunsets!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed there for 4 nights. Best place to vacation in Zicatela. Nice and comfortable room. The pool is very clean. The common areas are clean and comfortable. Staff was always friendly and helpful. I'm definitely coming back.
