I was blessed to spend a few weeks at La Posada Pacifica this June and couldn't be more pleased! Cynthia, the owner, takes amazing care of her beautiful hotel! The spacious, clean rooms are more like apartments and have everything you need! The hotel is surrounded by gorgeous green jungle where the river meets the warm, tropical ocean! The small town of Boca feels safe and friendly and everywhere you go, the people are helpful and kind! There are several grocery stores, shopping, and great restaraunts all within walking distance. Hiking to Colomitos beach, jumping from Quixmito's gorgeous waterfall, stand up paddleboarding in Yelapa, dining at the Botanical Gardens, visiting the zoo and famous Mismayloya beach, and snorkeling and scuba diving at Los Arcos were all easily accessable from the hotel for a few pesos and I did it all! There are white sandy beaches nearby with clear, aqua water and are only accessible by water taxi. In fact, I got married on one of them at the end of my trip! As much as I want to keep all of this to myself as a sweet secret garden of eden....I have to share it with others! Thank you Cynthia for being a truly wonderful host and know that I will be back to Boca and your darling hotel!!!

Great place! Super super comfy bed. it was our favorite bed of our whole Mexico trip. The room was large. And there are wonderful views of the river and jungle-like mountainside. We bought meat and vegetables in town one day, and cooked in at the rooftop kitchen one night. The equipment was great and we had a wondeful night. The view is fantasic. The town is chill. Get some rest and relaxation in Boca. Enjoy fresh popsicles from a shop in town. Buy tasty chicharon from the butcher. There's a guy selling churros up by the highway there where the bus lets you off, and it's amazing. My favorite tacos EVER were some at a hole in the wall place in Boca, selling just carnitas tacos. This hotel was awesome. Just do consider bringing bug spray, because you are right at the river

Great value. Cynthia that runs the place is awesome and can connect you to lots of activities in the area. Room was spacious with views over the river and had basic kitchen appliances etc to cook in the units.

We did a weekend trip and stayed at Cynthia's place and had a great time.Place was clean, balcony was large and overlooked the river. The sounds of the frogs were amazing. It was a short walk to the beach and beach restaurants. We plan on doing this again.

We had a great stay at La Posada! Only a short 8 peso bus ride from PV, it was an amazing getaway nestled between the river and the mountains. We walked down the hill into the town and crossed a cement pedestrian bridge that led us directly to the cute yellow hotel. We received a warm welcome from Cynthia and chatted for a bit before she took us to our room on the second floor. It's was awesome, the pictures don't do it justice, and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchenette had all you need (two hot burners, toaster oven, microwave, coffee machine & a full sized fridge). The balcony offered a great view of the town, river and the mountains. Nearby were some amazing hiking trails to different beaches along the shore. We also easily visited the botanical gardens by taking a 16 peso bus. This was an amazing little gem that we found and would come back for sure, they even have kayaks for rent at a very reasonable price. The internet is really weak here, so it is a great place to be unplugged and away from it all, yet more than close enough to take day trips into PV should you need anything. There also is an amazing rooftop patio!

Nice big rooms with all cooking etc supplies needed. Gorgeous rooftop where you can cook, eat, rest or just enjoy the view. Easy access to transportation, restaurants, shops etc. Just about 4 minutes to everywhere. Awesome place!

I live in Boca and have met the owners in addition to placing out of town guests in the property at times. It sits on a hill on the south side of the river across a foot bridge from downtown Boca. It well done as far as decor and furnishings. Kept extremely clean and well maintained. Staff is polite and accommodating. If a person is looking for a very quiet place to vacation and not spend much money, this is your hotel m. There is very little to do in Boca of you don't like the ocean!!

OK, the best bed I have ever slept on. My wife and I had a nice anniversary in the hotel. Everything is clean and functioning. They think well for travelers, with warm showers, fridge, kitchen, AC, fans. Balcony had nice view and two seats with table. Great view on river from 2nd floor. Good price too.
