★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los alimentos son excelentes, lastima que la actitud y atención dejó mucho que desear, tuve un problema con la aplicación Rappi y en vez de apoyarme como cliente solo dijeron no saber nada. Siendo que fui de los primeros clientes en asistir a esa sucursal e ir frecuentemente, aproximadamente dos veces a la semana. Sean más amables!
 The food is excellent, it's a shame that the attitude and attention left a lot to be desired, I had a problem with the Rappi application and instead of supporting me as a customer they just said they didn't know anything. Being that I was one of the first clients to attend that branch and go frequently, approximately twice a week. Be kinder!

Además venden unas botellas de agua de sabor en 30 pesos de 1 litro que no son nada extraordinario.
Pensando seriamente en denunciar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decidí pedir en este establecimiento ya que teníamos antojo de un pozole, había una promoción de 2x1 al pedir 1 litro de pozole, busque reseñas y encontré que habían buenas opiniones y otras malas, pensé que sería como tirar una moneda al aire pero aún así decidí hacer mi pedido.
No me arrepiento, la comida sabia excelente, llegaron en perfectas condiciones, el pozole sabe increíble, mucho maíz, mucha maciza, muchos complementos (tostadas, chilito, orégano, etc). Recomiendo totalmente pedir comida aquí, al día de hoy excelente, repito que yo realice mi pedido en "Uber Eats" haciendo uso de la promoción de 2x1 en un litro de maciza, me impresiono que no tenga más buenas reseñas, así que decidí dejar la mía, adjunto foto.
I decided to order in this establishment since we had a craving for a pozole, there was a 2x1 promotion when ordering 1 liter of pozole, I looked for reviews and found that there were good opinions and other bad ones, I thought it would be like tossing a coin in the air but I still decided place my order.
I do not regret it, the food tasted excellent, they arrived in perfect condition, the pozole tastes incredible, a lot of corn, a lot of solids, many accessories (toast, chilito, oregano, etc). I totally recommend ordering food here, excellent today, I repeat that I place my order in "Uber Eats" using the promotion of 2x1 in a liter of solid, I am impressed that it does not have more good reviews, so I decided to leave the mine, photo attached.
