La cochinita es buena pero está muy condimentada no licuan bien el axiote con las especies te salen pedazos de clavo y pimientas.
Las cebollitas moradas le dejan las pimientas enteras y los clavos también , no es agradable estar espulgando las cebollas.
La lechuga la dan picada como para burros muy entera ??? ....
Ojalá mejoren en estos puntos, es un comentario Constructivo.
 The pozole is very good ??????
The suckling pig is good but it is highly seasoned, the axiote does not blend well with the spices, pieces of cloves and peppers come out.
The red onions leave the peppers whole and the cloves too, it is not pleasant to be pickling the onions.
The lettuce is chopped like a very whole donkey ??? ....
Hopefully they improve on these points, it is a Constructive comment.
