Lo toleramos y hemos regresado porque las pizzas son buenas, sin embargo el sábado 29 de agosto 2020 acudí con unos familiares, nos sentamos, se acerca el mesero en cuestión y nos pone a la vista el menú para escanearlo con la aplicación de celular QR, le manifestamos que no lo teníamos en el cel y nos dice "De qué sirve que uno esté cuidando si ustedes van a manipular la carta", le dijimos: "bueno, nos abre la carta en la hoja de pizzas y no la tocamos", entonces se alejó mirándonos con reprobación, Trajo la carta y la dejó en la mesa, la abrimos y pedimos nuestras pizzas. Se llevó la carta, la aventó en otra mesa y le echó un spray, pero se lo echó en la carátula cuando debió haber limpiado hoja por hoja (son plastificadas). Durante el tiempo que estuvimos ahí, llegaron más clientes, llegó una pareja y el mesero los saludo de mano!!, y a la chica de beso!!, y a ambos de abrazo, o sea y entonces de qué estamos hablando!! Enseguida llegó una pareja de señoritas e igualmente las saludó muy de cerca y con palmaditas en la espalda, sin guardar la sana distancia. El mesero NO se lavó las manos después de saludar de mano a la pareja y así siguió atendiendo. No volveré a ir a ese lugar porque los clientes no estamos para que los meseros nos regañen y aclaro que no es la primera vez que ese mesero nos trata mal, siempre esta de mal humor cuando se le pide algo y quiere que te decidas rápido. No le quisimos decir nada por lo mismo, se percibe como una persona agresiva y no queremos pelear cuando uno va a buscar buena atención y una sonrisa y no un regaño. Me pregunto si va una pareja de la tercera edad y no usan celular o no traen la aplicación QR, entonces el mesero los va a regañar? Espero mi comentario sí lo lean y tomen medidas. El problema radica en que para facturar no saben darte datos precisos para el proceso (a quién o donde debe solucitarse), tampoco contestan en los diferentes números que ofrecen en sus redes sociales, es una pena...
