La Quinta Gran Bahía Cuastecomates - San Patricio

VERY family friendly as long as you don't mind alcohol available for adults. The events are centered around the kids, but there's everything for everybody. The food is okay, nothing to write home to Mom about, and the alcohol is served in 8oz cups (even the beer). The common area where the food and pool are is kept very clean and the rooms also clean. Our AC was a bit sad because it was too small for the size of the room, but it was clean and the beds comfy. The beach is gorgeous, clean, and the water fresh. What is nice is it is small and and simple.

First of all this hotel is not "4 star" its more or less a 3 star. The food is below average. However you won't starve. Also, if you aren't in good shape be advised there are no elevators. There is however a very interesting maze of stairs everywhere on the back side of the hotel for two room access. Multiply that by the number of rooms at this place. If you are young and in good shape you are golden. But if you aren't, this place isn't for you. Rooms are one step above motel 6 status. Clean and no cockroaches anywhere. Bed comfort is acceptable. You will however find that a number of raccoons come and visit during evening dinner time looking for food from the customers. They seem friendly enough but I highly recommend you do not pet them as they are wild animals. The beach is ok and there are small rocks in some areas which can be painful to walk on if you aren't careful. Wave action isn't bad which makes it acceptable for younger children. Lastly, there is no WiFi except in the checkin/lobby area. I checked the internet speed and it was barely 1 mbps. Painfully slow!!! Forget about your cell phone working here too. "Telcel" signal was 1 bar going in and out which basically renders it useless. This may be good or bad depending on what you are looking for in a vacation. Overall, if you are on a budget and in good shape and don't mind average food, this place is for you.

This hotel is very beautiful and comfortable. It have very delicious foods and drinks . It also has very conmfortable rooms with a beautiful view of the sea. Also has of two pool, one for children and other the aduts. The pool for adults has a bar inside. During the day they carry out many activities for the guests and in the night make diffrerents family show. The most important thing this hotel is that it is an incluyente hotel.

Nice place, nice pools, amazing staff.

La Quinta was a very beautiful place to enjoy time away with my family. The hotel is very clean and beautiful. At check in the reception was very nice and answered all our questions. They offer different packet for your stay. I got the packet for 2 Adults and 2 children for 2,500. Pesos per night. It ncluded room, food, ( breakfast, snack, lunch, dinner,) unlimited drinks, snorkeling and boat ride, and towel service. The hotel also has wheelchair accessible, closed private parking. Rooms: the rooms were very clean and very beautifully arranged, with a beautiful view of the beach. Each room has a TV, AC, arm chairs and a beautiful bathroom. Pools: The Pool was nice withe different sections for kids and adults. It had a nice mushrooms ?waterfall for the kids and a big cave with waterfall and slide for the big kids, and adults. The pool also had a pool side bar. Various activities were taken place by the pool through the day. Beach: the beach was very beautiful and the water was nice and clam so you can enjoy a nice swim in the water without having to worry about big waves. They also have plenty of shaded spots with beach chairs to enjoy the sun and the view. They hotel also offers a bar by the beach to enjoy a nice cold bevrage while you play in the sand. Entertainment: the hotel offers, snorkeling, boat ride, a kids club, a game of water pool, jinga, bingo, a nightly show, and dancing at night. Everything was very beautiful and very well maintained. All of the staff was very nice and friendly. The only thing bad I have to say is there is very very bad cell reception and wifi is only available in the lobby. I think you if the town doesn't have good cell service at least have wifi available in each room. Thank you to all the personal of La Quinta Gran Bahia!

Gave us the worst rooms, not inclusive at all they don’t respect the reservations and put you wherever they like.

This has been one of the best experiences Ive had. Everything included in your stay. Variety of food buffet, different food themes everyday, open bar and lots of entertainment. Customer service is excellent and very kind. Internet is not great, rarely had service, excellent way to not get tempted to be on your phone all day, even though it is necessary at some point to reach out with family and friends at one point. Besides the internet issue loved every bit of it.

This place is proably 4 stars if your picky but if you add the amazing nightly entertainment shows and good service its 6 stars. My family and I had a great time here highly recommended this plac.
