Ayer fue súper grosero, pésima atención al cliente y se molestó porque se le pidió por favor que le bajara un poco a la música de la terraza, de verdad estaba bastante fuerte, a lo que me contestó: vienes a un restaurante, no a un funeral, de verdad me sorprendió su respuesta, a lo que agregó: por 2 personas, yo fui acompañado, no le voy a bajar, al final lo hizo, ¿pero así tratan a sus clientes?, yo le comenté que yo por eso iba a su lugar a comer, para comer tranquilamente, con música de fondo pero no a ese volumen. Si quisiera música alta me voy a un bar, pero se molestó, fue grosero y practicamente me dio a entender que mi dinero y mi presencia en el lugar no eran necesarios. Mal por un lugar donde van empezando y lamentable para Osniel y su papá que si son súper amables. En fin, yo no vuelvo a regresar, pero le urge a este señor más educación, modales y una capacitación de Atención al Cliente. Para cuando vayan, ya saben que no le pueden decir nada a este señor porque se molesta, lo que el piensa es lo que es, según el. Fatal
