Si bien las instalaciones no son espaciosas -apenas un par de mesas-, todo está muy pulcro siempre.
El servicio: la atención personal del chef y dueño Humberto le da un toque especial a la experiencia. Él es amable y puntual con sus comentarios, y no duda en compartir información sobre los platillos o cualquier otra cosa relacionada con la isla.
La comida: el plato tiene un costo de $70, e incluye una porción de congrí, rebanadas de jitomate y pepino, plátanos fritos y un guisado a escoger; esto, acompañado de una jarra de deliciosa agua de limón.
La porción es razonable y el sazón de la comida sorprende al paladar mexicano.
Lo bueno: la comida es muy rica y las bebidas (tanto el agua que incluye el menú como los mojitos que Humberto prepara) no tienen rival.
Lo malo: El lugar es demasiado pequeño, y no dan pan para acompañar la comida.
En conclusión: es una experiencia gastronómica integral, no hay una sola cosa del menú que no esté riquísima y todo a precios muy razonables!
Recomendado ponerle el 'aliño' o aderezo a la comida,le da el toque perfecto.

Although the facilities are not spacious - just a couple of tables - everything is always very neat.
The service: the personal attention of the chef and owner Humberto adds a special touch to the experience. He is kind and punctual with his comments, and does not hesitate to share information about the dishes or anything else related to the island.
The food: the plate has a cost of $ 70, and includes a portion of congrí, slices of tomato and cucumber, fried plantains and a stew of your choice; this, accompanied by a pitcher of delicious lemon water.
The portion is reasonable and the seasoning of the food surprises the Mexican palate.
The good: the food is very tasty and the drinks (both the water on the menu and the mojitos that Humberto prepares) are unrivaled.
The bad: The place is too small, and they do not give bread to accompany the food.
In conclusion: it is a comprehensive gastronomic experience, there is not a single item on the menu that is not delicious and all at very reasonable prices!
Recommended to put the 'dressing' or dressing to the food, it gives it the perfect touch.
